SHIPPING

Orders will be delivered between 2 - 4 business days to either the home address or workplace address. Orders cannot be picked up at the hospital at this time.

Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ

Pembina Veterinary Hospital is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise damaged or compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone will be home for the delivery. 

Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. For home deliveries, total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order. 

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.
